A Custom Workspace

Demonstrates how a variety of window styles and window placements can create a custom workspace for your writing projects. All but the TextEdit window in this capture are Diamond windows. The option to hide the Menubar has been selected.

A Shadowed Window

The window shadow option can be subtle; here is an example for comparison. It is most useful when you have a Backdrop and a Document Window of the same or similar color and don’t want the fully-blended ‘fullscreen’ effect.

Window Subtitle and Resize Handle

Here you can see the small diamond icon that functions as the window resize handle. Immediately to the left of it is the window title, and under the left corner of the window is the word and character count

Subtitle Hidden

Here the “Hide Subtitle” option has been applied (it may be necessary to refresh the window by collapsing and expanding it to remove the font shadowing).

Resize Handle and Subtitles Hidden

In this picture both the resize handles and the subtitles are hidden from view. After applying these commands you must refresh the window by collapsing and expanding it. These commands (including the Subtitle Color) take effect on all open windows after they are refreshed.
